It will be very well packed for shipping and we do get our items out within 24 hrs on business days. I see no reason or evidence of anything that has failed overheated or otherwise would cause the machine not to function. I can guarantee only the things I have mentioned as I have not engraved with this machine. This would be a great replacement machine as it is clean and looks to be ready for use. I do not have a computer to run it or any extras.
I have checked the steppers and the engraver motor and all are working. We had a death in the family and we closed this portion of the shop before we ever had a chance to get this going. We purchased this machine because I feel that a lot of substrates are nicer looking engraved with a rotary.
